Figures from pollsters Survation published in today's Mail on Sunday put UKIP on 12%, in third place and a full two percentage points clear of the Lib Dems.The state of the parties according to the poll is:
Labour 37%
Conservatives 30%
UKIP 12%
Liberal Democrats 10%
